This is to inform all visitors, members, stakeholders and the general public that Masraf Al-Islamia Nidhi Limited has discontinued its business operations pursuant to the decision of its Board of Directors.
The Company was incorporated with the objective of carrying on Nidhi business activities. However, the minimum statutory membership requirement prescribed under the applicable provisions governing Nidhi Companies could not be achieved within the stipulated period.
As the required membership threshold was not attained and more than two years have elapsed since incorporation, the management has decided to cease business operations and undertake the necessary closure and regulatory compliance procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
No new memberships, deposits, investments, subscriptions or business transactions are being accepted by the Company with immediate effect.
