Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished and driven General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team at the Hyderabad Branch. The ideal candidate will oversee all sales activities, strategize to maximize revenue, and drive business growth in line with the company’s values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance and support.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
