Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Hyderabad Branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in banking/finance management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, sales, and staff management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and customer-centricity within the branch.
- Train and mentor branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking and Finance Industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Certification in banking or related field is a plus.
