Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at the Hyderabad Branch. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide personalized banking solutions and investment advice to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as wealth management and investment advisory, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a relationship management role.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, investment instruments, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
